About Pu Ai Community Service Centre. The Pu Ai Community Service Centre was established in October 1983 and was initially called ‘’ Wisdom Study Centre’’ . It has been located at 99, Foreshore C, Y,Choy . In 2002 we have purchased a piece of land measuring 10,7770 sq. ft. to construct this new building. The Pu Ai Community Service Centre has organized manifold projects in the field of Dharma Propagation, education, social and welfare services and others to benefit the community at large for the past 25 years.
